Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-27 · Version 0.1-draft

Pre-launch stub

This Privacy Policy is a preliminary, good-faith summary of the data the Service handles today. It will be replaced with a formal, legal-counsel-reviewed version before a public launch at meaningful scale.

1. What we collect

  • Account identifiers from your chosen sign-in provider (e.g. email address).
  • Algorand addresses you associate with your account (e.g. deposit address, signer addresses you operate).
  • Service usage data: events you track, contracts you subscribe to, and the on-chain transactions those generate.
  • Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, request timestamps) for operational and security purposes.

2. How we use it

  • To operate the Service: route resolutions to your contracts, bill fees, and display your dashboard.
  • To monitor reliability, detect abuse, and debug failures.
  • To communicate with you about your account or material changes to the Service.

3. What we share

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud hosting, error-tracking, sign-in providers) strictly as needed to run the Service. On-chain transactions you initiate via the Service are public by design on the Algorand blockchain.

4. Retention

Account and service data are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Server logs are retained for a limited period for operational purposes.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use optional analytics cookies via Google Analytics to measure site usage (pages visited, approximate geography, device type). These cookies are not required to use the Service.

On your first visit we ask you to accept or reject analytics. If you reject, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the site footer.

See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google processes analytics data.

6. Your choices

You may request account deletion or a data export by contacting us at support@eventsonalgorand.com. Some data — including any record of on-chain transactions you initiated — cannot be deleted from the Algorand blockchain.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date and version above.
